Cancellation Policy

Member's Conduct: The Member agrees to abide by all gym rules and policies, including but not limited to respecting other members, staff, and using the gym equipment responsibly. Health and Safety: The Member acknowledges that participating in physical activities at the gym carries inherent risks. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that they are in good health and consult with a physician if they have any underlying medical conditions or concerns. Waiver and Release of Liability: The Member hereby releases NU Flame Fitness, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries or damages incurred while using the gym facilities or participating in any gym programs or activities. Photography and Video: The Member grants permission to the Gym to use photographs and video footage taken during gym activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Gym's website, social media, and marketing materials.
